Can’t I Just Do this Myself?
Royvon’s Residential Dog Training programme is a road that I am keen to stay on. I cannot praise Linzie high enough – her love of dogs and commitment of helping them overcome their issues and lead happier lives is absolutely clear.
Monty and Lilly’s Transformation With Residential Dog Training
Meet two Springer spaniels, Monty aged 7, Lilly aged 5. Monty was attacked several years ago in the park, leaving him with fear aggression, and Lilly was a rescue who came to us 1 year old with fear of other dogs and people – though she was not aggressive. Monty had always loved to play with other dogs prior to the attack and his owner, Brian, was desperate to try and help him recover from the attack.
Lilly had formed such trust for Monty and was so playful with him, we wanted to help her to overcome her fear so that she could learn to trust and play with other dogs too. Brian had tried many other trainers from other organisations over the years to try and help both dogs with their fear and they had all given him different advice, none of which helped in the end – in fact some may have increased their fear.
Because of this Brian was reluctant to try anyone else, however having read the very positive reviews about Royvon he thought he would have one last try.
I am so glad that I made this decision, and could not have asked for a better trainer than Linzie. Linzie’s total understanding of my dogs and their issues, we have worked closely to try and change their behaviour. We have progressed to a stage where Monty is now able to be in a group play session with a number of other dogs of all sizes showing no signs of aggression.
Royvon’s Residential Dog Training programme is a road that Brian is keen to stay on, and he’s sure that with Linzie’s continued support he and the dogs will get there.
I cannot praise Linzie high enough – her love of dogs and commitment of helping them overcome their issues and lead happier lives is absolutely clear. I also feel that Linzie is providing me with a great deal support which has been invaluable. Thank you Linzie for everything and we look forward to continuing our training with you Mirriam.
